Beachlands Subdivision- Hick Bros Civil Limited (Project client Neil Group)
The Beachlands Development is a 16-hectare greenfield project on the Pohutukawa Coast, which will provide 259 lots.

Scope: Stormwater and Sewer Installation. Stage 1 & 2
Project Duration: 2023 - Ongoing
Kawakawa Subdivision- Barrco Construction (Project Client Lexus Residential Limited)
This 77 lot development is located in Kawakawa bay near the shore, Ferndale Drive, Kawakawa.

Scope: Gravity-based stormwater and vacuum sewer systems, Polyethylene (PE) pipe and electrofusion welding.

Three Kings Quarry- Hick Bros Civil Limited (Fletcher Living)
Revitalising the former Three Kings Quarry in Auckland Central into a development featuring 1500 homes, sports facilities, and a town center while maintaining safety, quality and program integrity throughout the project stages.

Waiata Shores- Hick Bros Civil Limited (Fletcher Living)
Transforming the 20-hectare Manukau Golf Course into a 440-lot residential area, addressing contaminated soils and managing civil works, with swift responses to complex needs.
